Casa de la Luz East Valley Serving our friends, neighbors, and communities in the Phoenix East Valley with quality hospice care. Other conditions/diagnosis may also qualify.

In this time of life, you want to know that your loved one’s needs will be met physically, spiritually and emotionally. With East Valley Hospice, we offer choices and help preserve dignity while seeking to maintain the highest quality of life. We offer in-home care so those we serve can stay in the place they most want to be, surrounded by those they love. Family members receive support, too, from our team of professionals and volunteers. Diagnosis and Conditions that often meet criteria for Hospice include:
Cancer, Heart Failure, COPD, CHF, Failure to Thrive, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, ALS, Parkinson’s, Stroke, Coma, Renal Failure, and MS. Our nurses are happy to come to your home and assess your condition. Hospice is a fully-covered Medicare benefit so there are no out-of-pocket costs to patients. Insurances that are accepted by East Valley Hospice are:
•Medicare - No co-pay or out of pocket expense
•Private insurance - often pays for Hospice
•Most Medicare Advantage Plans
•VA

Hospice social workers provide invaluable emotional, practical, and other supports to patients and their families during end-of-life care, helping them navigate challenges, access resources, and make informed decisions.

During national social work month, we thank our social workers for the *many and diverse* things they tirelessly do to support and advocate for our patients and families.

We appreciate you!
