As a neurodivergent (AuDHD), she also understands how to best communicate and guide other neurodivergent individuals to a path of health for their neurodivergent needs. Albeit an adult or child, she's ready and equipped to serve either, as she is also certified in Youth Exercise! With extensive knowledge in prehab/rehab, corrective exercise, and injury prevention you are in amazing hands to reach your goals and good habits that keep you going for years long after. This man has been with me for 3 months now. Hes 80. Has bone marrow cancer. Is a veteran, a father, a grandfather, and a human being.

When he first came to me he had to use his cane for everything. Now we only use it when he has pains or weaker days.

Hes reported:
Better sleep
No talkative tummy for hours while trying to sleep
Firmer stool as he had chronic diarrhea when we began.
Almost no pain in his legs most days and some days NO pain in his legs.
His wife has reported she sees he is standing taller and wider
Better balance

We have also seen his strength increase
His medications working better due to nutrient intake increase, not just calories.
He now moves with intention and care vs just doing it
He's consuming foods he's never tried before or combinations he hasn't tried before
We are increasing cognitive function and recall via word puzzles and sudoku.

Please stop buying into the LIE that you are old, too old or that its "just part of getting old"
