Sunday is dance day for dead heads in the valley.
It’s the Noodles. Serving it up spicy hot and chock full of a bunch of Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia band.
Cactus jacks at 48th street and Elliott in ahwatukee. Sunday 5:30 to 9:30.
We have a group of ecstatic dancers show up. Of which I am one.
Please feel free to come out and cut your soul loose to dance freely for few hours on a Sunday night.

Hello cosmic travelers. My name is Marnie and I’ve been ecstatic dancing for about 50 years.
I personally have seen spiritual and emotional growth through the process.
I’m widowed twice, both times dance has transformed me to the next level of existence on this planet.
Dance has given me joy when I had absolutely no reason to be joy-filled.
Dance has provided body positive maintenance for me when life itself was too busy for 2 hour workouts.
Dance releases endorphins and allows us to establish some mental clarity.
Dance can assist with both muscle memory and brain regeneration.
Dance can unify people and bring together communities.
We all remember that first time we spun around as a child. When we stopped we were intoxicated… by dance. We wanted to do it again and again and again.
Now we can spin and consciously develop our focus to the ethereal world. We can raise our vibrational energy internally and push through the third eye to a place where dance becomes magic.
That’s the spot we will attune to everytime we meet.
Our goal will be to open up more and more until you can begin to feel the change.
The first time we meet will be just us, so that we can talk about what brought you to this endeavor. We can determine your fitness/agility levels and what you want to develop through attending the classes, both physically and spiritually.
Then we will begin.
If you are more comfortable starting out in a one on one with me then we will start there. Otherwise we will begin working in small dance groups. Typically the dance groups will push the individuals to the limits of dance to breakthrough and learn something before they were released to go home.
The class will take you as far as you want to go.
We will start and end each class with stretching and warmups/cool downs. Then we will begin moving around.
