Just updated and simplified my website. Still working on changing the raining background but it's up and running.

Good morning!! I am 90% finished with the upgrades on the massage room! Now it's time to start tightening the bolts on the Fitness Center for the 1-on-1 personal training program in February! Thank you, for being one of the best parts on this Journey!

The office is looking different every week! I'm more than excited about the upgrades on the space. Also, Sound Therapy Services are on the horizon!

It's feels great be more productive as a diverse human being and business owner. There's a freedom that is felt🩶, and not often shared, or appreciated. So thank you again to all my clients friends and associates over the last 17yrs!
