✨ Warm, cheesy, and packed with flavor… these Savory Egg-and-Cheese Muffins are the perfect way to start your day! Light, fluffy, and full of fresh veggies, they’ll quickly become your go-to breakfast.

Here’s how to make it ⬇️

Ingredients
🔹 Nonstick spray
🔹 2 packets Ideal Protein Cheese Omelette Mix
🔹 ⅔ cup cold water
🔹 2 green onions, diced
🔹 ¼ cup diced bell pepper
🔹 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or cilantro
🔹 Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 4 cups in a nonstick muffin tin with nonstick spray.
2️⃣ Whisk omelette mix and water in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in green onions, bell pepper, parsley, and cayenne.
3️⃣ Divide mixture among muffin cups. Bake until puffed, lightly browned, and just set, about 14–15 minutes.
4️⃣ Let cool in pan for 2 minutes. Run a knife around edges to unmold.

Turkey Meatballs in Fresh Tomato Sauce is a meal that’s as delicious as it is nutritious! 🍅 With lean turkey, fresh tomatoes, and a touch of basil, this dish is full of bold flavor. The zucchini noodles make for the perfect low-carb pairing, keeping things light but still satisfying.

Here’s how to make it 👇

Ingredients:
🔹2 teaspoons olive oil
🔹½ cup thinly sliced green onion
🔹4 garlic cloves, minced
🔹¾ teaspoon salt
🔹¼ teaspoon black pepper
🔹12 ounces ground lean turkey
🔹1 ½ cups chopped tomato
🔹2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
🔹2 cups packaged zucchini noodles, steamed

Directions:
1️⃣ Heat 1 tsp oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high.
2️⃣Sauté green onion and garlic for 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Transfer half to a medium bowl and half to a small bowl. Wipe out the skillet.
3️⃣ Mix turkey with the green onion mixture in the medium bowl; form 10 meatballs.
4️⃣ Heat 1 tsp oil in the skillet over medium. Brown meatballs, turning once, about 6 minutes.
5️⃣ Add tomato, basil, and the reserved green onion mixture. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook on medium-low until meatballs are done.
6️⃣ Serve over steamed zucchini noodles.

Here’s a salad that turns the ordinary into something extraordinary. 🥗

With juicy, seasoned turkey, a little kick from jalapeno, fresh cilantro, and the satisfying crunch of our tasty Dorados tossed together with crisp romaine and a squeeze of lime, this Turkey Taco Salad is a game-changer for your meal routine.

It’s simple, vibrant, and packed with protein to keep you feeling strong and satisfied.

Ingredients
🔹 2 tsp avocado oil
🔹 1 portion* lean ground turkey
🔹 ½ tsp dried oregano
🔹 ¼ tsp salt
🔹 ½ roma tomato, deseeded and chopped
🔹 1 jalapeno, chopped fine (or less if you prefer it mild)
🔹 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
🔹 ½ lime, cut into quarters
🔹 2 leaves romaine lettuce, chopped
🔹 ½ bag Ideal Protein Dorados, crumbled

Directions
1️⃣ Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and swirl. Add turkey, oregano, and salt. Cook until browned slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
2️⃣ Add tomatoes and jalapeno. Sauté until turkey is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Stir in cilantro.
4️⃣ Place chopped romaine in a bowl and top with turkey mixture. Crumble Dorados over it and serve with lime wedges.

🔥 Spicy Chicken Meatballs + Charred Cauliflower = bold flavor, balanced nutrition, and serious satisfaction. This recipe brings the heat in all the right ways and comes together fast in the air fryer.

Ingredients:

Meatballs:
🔹 1 stalk celery, minced
🔹 ½ tsp onion powder
🔹 1 tsp hot mustard
🔹 ⅛ tsp salt
🔹 1 portion* lean ground chicken

Cauliflower:
🔹 2 cups cauliflower florets
🔹 ½ tsp oregano
🔹 ¼ tsp garlic powder
🔹 ¼ tsp ground black pepper
🔹 ⅛ tsp salt
🔹 Cooking oil spray
🔹 2 tbsp vinegar-based hot sauce (or to your spice tolerance)
🔹 Greens of one green onion, sliced for garnish

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
2️⃣ Mix meatball ingredients together and form into 6 balls. Toss cauliflower with oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
3️⃣ Spray meatballs and cauliflower with cooking oil spray. Air fry for 7 minutes. Carefully turn meatballs and cauliflower.
4️⃣ Air fry for 5–10 more minutes or until meatballs are 165°F and cauliflower are charred.
5️⃣ Toss meatballs with hot sauce. Garnish with green onion. Serve.
