✨ This morning, before my feet even touched the floor, I found myself reflecting on the cycle of healing. As I offered up prayers and gratitude, I realized something powerful—being a healer is not a one-way path.

I feel deeply blessed to hold space for humans of all ages to learn, grow, and transform. Yet in witnessing their journeys, I am healed in return. Healing is not something we give or receive—it’s something we exchange.

When we come together with the intention to do better and be better, we create something beyond ourselves. Something powerful, real, and deeply human.

So today, I just want to say thank you—to those who trust me enough to walk alongside them, to those who allow me to witness their growth, and to those who unknowingly help me heal in the process. 🌿💫

Real talk: I wish I had learned this kind of stuff when I was growing up.
Things like:
🌈 How to love my body
💪 What “healthy” actually means (not just what you see in magazines)
💛 That happiness is a skill you can practice

Now I get to teach these lessons through Girl Scout badge workshops—and it’s seriously one of my favorite things I do.

I am normally one to cancel anything BUT family comes first. Kali last minute was home with me last night and had a rough night. The scheduled time is right when she needs support getting up and ready for school.

I will be canceling August’s meeting and re-evaluating a new time moving forward to reduce risk of conflicts or overlapping. Possibly 8am PST/11am or Sundays.

I send out my life and light and appreciate the support through these new changes and adjustments.

As I coached people to a healthier life from 2020-2024, I recognized even for myself and so many others there was a disconnect with mind & body. I had a hard time listening to my Body and determining if I was hungry or just having a craving and so do many others.

I love as I pursue my dreams and live life moving into my passion to empower others authentically, I get to use yoga and mindfulness to teach kids how to create mind-body connection. To pause and listen to what their body is saying so they can make the best choice for themselves into through childhood into adulthood!

✨ My Intention Behind the Spaces I Create ✨

In both my classes and private sessions, my passion lies in creating a safe space—a space where you can have a voice, connect with yourself, and allow that awareness to flow through both mind and body.

🖊 Journaling feels like a conversation with ourselves. It helps shift perspective, reflect from the outside, and release the thoughts that have been taking up space within.

🤸‍♀️ Movement then becomes the bridge—carrying those intentions into the body and creating harmony between mind and body.

🧘‍♀️ And finally, meditation is the steeping process. It’s where everything settles in, giving you clarity and guidance for what’s next.

This combination is powerful. It’s grounding. And it’s available to you. 💛

Today I get to spend time with one of my private kid clients 💛 We’re exploring the magic of the mind-body connection—learning how to slow down, listen, and notice what our body is really telling us.

Through yoga, mindfulness, and drawing, we’re discovering:
🍎 Hungry vs. just wanting a treat
🌿 Discomfort vs. pain
💫 How to trust the signals our body gives us

It’s amazing to watch little ones become body detectives 🕵️‍♀️✨—tuning in, listening, and growing tools they can use for life.
