✅Daily Routines - Incorporate movement into your everyday activities. Even standing on different surfaces can all build strength and stability.
✅Try a Class - Classes like Tai Chi or yoga can improve balance (and community).
✅Use Assistive Devices (When Needed) - Use grab bars, canes, or walkers consistently to build strength and practice proactive care.
✅Do a Home Safety Check - Remove clutter in walking paths to move safely through the home.

Thank you Patricia (Paddy) Rasmussen New Beginnings "Helping People Move Forward" for joining TheKey today at the beautiful Revere Memory Care - Inspira Arrowhead! Today we hosted TimeSlips creative storytelling.

We also had fun sharing our favorite Thanksgiving memories while playing a few games that allowed us to get to know one another better. Such a fun group and an outstanding amount of socializing and engagement!

What a fun Halloween Social Hour at Clearwater Mayo hosted by TheKey!

Residents enjoyed a nutritious snack of Greek yogurts, string cheese and vitamin waters compliments of TheKey while we took on the challenge of a Halloween Word Search and a fun but “Spooky” Activities Packet.

We also played Trivia and learned a bit more about the world and each other!
