GM. I had a great day yesterday with a new client. He came for a massage last Tues. He has used oils for years and works all over the country for Intel and does massage for friends and family. He works here and lives here now. Yesterday he came back with a migraine he has them for years off and on. This time though he came for a massage with AromaTouch which of course is oils and his headache left before he left here. I did the head, neck and shoulders for longer than normal but it left and he text me from his home saying he was thrilled and going to rest! I was so happy also he gave me a very good tip!

I do need prayer for one physical problem that I have. In all these years my pets and I have been healed with oils but its not working with the hernia as of now. One friends brother was healed with helichrysum. He is in his 60's so much younger than I am and perhaps even though he needed surgery his hernia may not have been as bad but at this point I still need surgery but can't get it till Jan 2nd and I am still using the oils and the Aroma Touch technique.

Also in my journey to get well I googled hernia and there are all kinds of exercises to strengthen the muscles so those of you with the same problem might try them. I am and again this is just a couple of days. Hope it helps.

We can have this with drinking lots of water, exercising (walking is
easy), eating healthy food and using essential oils!

I have a new massage client coming weekly that's into oils as much as I am and we've both been studying about the history of oils. Such a pleasure to share.

For those of you who live close, I now have a massage chair which is perfect for doing AromaTouch as it is light enough for me to take to your place or you can still come to mine. $45 for hands, feet, back, and ear lobes. Great for pain management and helps heal the errors in our cellular memory. I can also teach you how to do your own hands, feet and ear lobes and if you live with someone, friend, spouse, etc. if they are willing they can learn how to do your back!

G.M had a wonderful hike with 2 lovely women from Slow and Easy Hiking in Arizona! I walked a little before with the dogs before meeting them so did a total of 3.86 m. I am walking with a wrap around my tummy as I have a hernia but Google says walking is good with a hernia! I see a surgeon mid Dec.

Did 2.28 miles at Riparian Preserve today. Still to hot here to do a longer hike and I'm not in shape yet. It will cool down starting the 11th and of course it usually gets cooler around the middle of Sept so we are a month late. (global warming)

An eight-year-old boy is missing at the Grand Canyon. National Park Service officials say Canyon Hartley was last seen at midnight this morning at Mather Campground in site 151 at Juniper Loop on the South Rim. Canyon is a white male, four-feet-one and weighs 60 pounds with strawberry blond hair. He was last seen wearing a blue top, underpants, no shoes and was possibly carrying a stuffed condor. If anyone has information on Canyon’s whereabouts, contact Grand Canyon Dispatch at (928) 638-7805.

Hello neighbors! I'm a shelter volunteer and this sweet boy Judge, has been at our shelter for over 8 months! 💔 He is crying, whining, and just so heartbroken. He is a VERY good boy who keeps getting overlooked. Every single day he sits in this tiny kennel and WAITS for his turn. 💔 My heart aches for him. He is good with people and other dogs. He knows how to sit, and loves to play fetch! Sweet boy, he just wants to be loved. Can anyone save this sweet guy?

This was posted in Nextdoor. Not all are homeless because of alcohol/drugs/laziness etc. Many have lost jobs, ill, rent hikes etc. PLEASE HELP WHERE YOU CAN. My daughter-in-law is starting a business that will help the homeless. She is amazing! More details later if she will let me when all is accomplished.

Update: I just want to say, I'm no better, than anyone else. I'm human, just like you. At times, I have to fight, being afraid, of the homeless ..its human nature, to fear the unknown. Dont think,the thoughts don't go thru my head, that I may be harmed, or robbed, and so on. But, as hard as it is, I've learned, to face my fears. I know this, is what, I am suppose to do..my purpose in life .And once I "jump"out that "plane"..(face my fears) I experience, an amazing feeling..knowing, I am exactly, where I'm supposed to be, doing exactly what, I'm suppose to be doing ..
Just sayin. (:

I encountered a man today..scorched by the sun, wearing tattered clothes, struggling to walk, on my way somewhere. I parked in the nearest parking lot, grabbed a water bottle and headed down the block, on the sidewalk, towards him.
As I approached, he panicked, and stepped out into the street..He is used to getting out of society's way...):
I yelled no..wait! Held up the water.."for you!"He hesitated..but got back on the sidewalk . He kept his head lowered the entire time we spoke.
I asked if he needed anything and he just shook his head "no".
But I could see..he needed shoes. His bare feet touched the cement thru the holes on the bottom. I asked if he would let me, take him to goodwill, and get him a pair .
He got in my car..totally uncomfortable.
At goodwill I walked beside him..and people just stared. He felt intimidated.and I felt angry..
I told him, it's ok..to pick out whatever he wanted.
It made me so sad..that he became so disconnected from society. Not by his own fault..but by the way he was treated. We got shoes and clothes and while in line, he kept trying to go outside..he was so uncomfortable. I reassured him, everything was okay.
On our way to Wendy's he told me his story. Testicular cancer. Lost his job, ended up homeless. Rise in housing costs..
After I made sure he had things he needed..I handed him 8 dollars . He said " wow! A million dollars!" He wasn't being sarcastic. To him, it WAS a million dollars! I dropped him at a corner..and felt an overwhelming sense of sadness. It felt like I had dropped a defensiveness kid on the street. Please . If you don't want to help don't. Be kind. He is human..he is a person. He deserves to be acknowledged..and worthy of compassion. You don't know peoples story. Easy to pass judgement when you don't walk in their shoes. Do better. All of us.I pray noone has to experience what he has experienced. Ever.
