Ashley serves as the President of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses (NAHN), Phoenix Chapter. Through NAHN, she has spearheaded multiple initiatives to address the healthcare access disparities in Latino communities. In her full-time role as a Program Manager for the Mayo Clinic, she works to foster a strong sense of belonging across the institution and transform workplace culture. 💫
