We only run this 2 week program once a year so if you’ve been wanting to take your health into your own hands and learn the ins and outs of herbalism, join us!
Throughout the program we go through all organ systems, remedies and herbs associated with, medicine making, and provide many tasty teas, foods and snacks. There is so much value to this class and we absolutely love facilitating this journey for you.

We will be diving deep into all things motherhood. From pre-conception to postpartum and beyond, we will be sharing physiological health and herbal ways to nourish and support those who are nurturing others. As always we will have a medicine making portion along with other self care practices woven into the evening.
We cannot wait to host this class and to show what it means to put children and mothers at the center of our communities so that we may all be nourished and well.
