Let’s take a moment to prioritize what really matters: our mental health and our well-being. Whether it’s through therapy, self-care, talking to a friend, moving your body, or simply taking a deep breath, every step counts.

Your mental health deserves care and attention—just like your physical health. You don’t have to go through it alone. It’s okay to ask for help, take a break, or say no. Let’s break the stigma and support each other on the path to wellness. 🌱

Reach out, speak up, and take care of you. 💚

Take a moment to ground yourself.

Breathe in deeply. Listen to the sounds. Notice the image or what is around you. Check in with your body. Feel the calmness wash over you. Let go of your worries and simply be in this peaceful moment.

Take another deep breath... and sigh it out.

Now doesn't that feel better? 🌲

From September 15th to October 15th, we honor and celebrate the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic and Latinx communities. Let’s take this opportunity to learn, share, and uplift the stories that make up the beauty that is Hispanic heritage. Whether it’s through music, art, food, or activism, the impact of Hispanic culture is felt far and wide.

Did you know Arizona has over 140,000 Hispanic-owned small businesses? Join us in celebrating this month by exploring the cultural richness, supporting Hispanic-owned businesses, and amplifying the voices of Hispanic and Latinx leaders in our communities. Together, we can honor the past, celebrate the present, and inspire future generations.

Recovery is for everyone. This is not something that exists in a vacuum. This is something that permeates individuals, relationships, families, and communities. Recovery looks different for everyone, but here is what it can look like:
▫️Improved daily stability (emotional, vocational, relational)
▫️Stronger relationships
▫️Supportive connections
▫️Renewed sense of purpose
▫️Increased capacity for growth
▫️Accountability
▫️Processing trauma

A couple gentle reminders for our friends in recovery:
▫️A hard day doesn't erase all the progress you have made
▫️Start with one small step, it doesn't all have to be done today
▫️You've survived every hard moment up to this point
▫️You deserve to be treated with dignity and respect

Happy National Dog Day! We understand how beneficial our pets can be. They are our best companions, give the sweetest support, and keep all of our secrets (they NEVER violate HIPAA)! We probably love and appreciate our pups every day, not that they'd let us forget, but today we wanted to shout them out to all of you. 🥰

Swipe to check out some of our staff's pups!

Feel like celebrating your pup extra today? Here are some ideas:
🐾 Take them for a pup cup
🐾 Take them for a car ride
🐾 Walk around a pet friend shop
🐾 Go to the shelter and give some love to the pups there (day, weekend, and long term fosters are always needed)

Give your pup an extra snuggle for us! 🫶
