We love this easy recipe for Feta Stuffed Avocados!

🥑HOW TO MAKE:

1 ripe avocado sliced in half and pitted
2 tablespoons thinly chopped cucumbers
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 turn freshly cracked pepper

🥑In a small bowl, combine the cucumbers, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, tomatoes, olive oil, white wine vinegar, dried basil, salt and pepper.
🥑Lightly toss with a spoon until combined.
🥑Spoon half of the mixture into each avocado halve.
🥑Serve immediately.

We love this easy recipe for Blender Oatmeal 🍌Banana Pancakes!

The easiest banana oatmeal pancakes made right in the blender! These fluffy healthy pancakes are naturally gluten free, dairy free and contain no flour or added sugar. Get ready for a simple yet delicious breakfast!

There’s no flour, no butter, no sugar or any kind of sweetener added.

HOW TO MAKE Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

🍌Blend the ingredients. Yes, you’ll literally add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth!

🍌Let batter sit. You’ll then want to let the batter sit in your blender for about 2 minutes while you heat up your pan.

🍌Cook & flip. Add olive oil or coconut oil to a griddle or large nonstick pan and place over medium heat. Add pancake batter 1/3 cup at a time and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and tiny bubbles appear around the edges. Flip and cook 2 minutes more.

🍌Serve & devour. Serve pancakes with fresh fruit and a drizzle of pure maple syrup if you’d like!

We typically recommend a touch-up every 2-4 months depending on how your body metabolizes the Botox, the dosage, and the treated area.

Botox can bring balance back to the upper face by relaxing the muscles that we use when smiling, frowning, or raising our brows. 💉

There’s no right age to start Botox but we believe that preventative maintenance is key. While wrinkle relaxers like Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin can help smooth pre-existing fine lines, the sooner we prevent them, the better.
