Avril is one of the most compassionate people you will ever meet.
With over 20 years of experience providing therapy, she is competent and qualified to help clients ages 3-93 with a variety of issues.

Avril Maloney-Mcalmont, LCSW, approaches therapy with a deep understanding that families are interconnected systems. Whether she’s working with young children, supporting adults through emotional challenges, or helping families strengthen communication, Avril creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can begin.

She specializes in working with children ages 3–12 using play-based, structured, and directive techniques to support concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges, trauma, and family transitions. Her experience in community mental health also equips her to support adults navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, and other complex challenges.

Using evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness strategies, Avril tailors care to each client’s unique needs—because therapy is never one-size-fits-all.
If you’re looking for support for your child, yourself, or your family, compassionate care is here.

Finding the right support for a neurodivergent child can feel overwhelming — especially when traditional approaches don’t quite fit.

Sarah Martino specializes in working with children (ages 3–12), teens, and young adults navigating Autism, ADHD, anxiety, low self-esteem, and executive functioning challenges. With over a decade of experience in special education and behavioral health, she understands how differently neurodivergent brains process the world — and how to support them effectively.

Her sessions are client-led, heart-centered, and active. Beyond simply talking things through, Sarah incorporates hands-on coping strategies and creative activities to help children regulate emotions, build confidence, and manage triggers in real-world settings.

Parents consistently value her ability to form strong, healthy connections with their children — creating the safety needed for meaningful growth. Her goal is for every client to leave session feeling understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to navigate school, relationships, and daily life.

When you or your child feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the path forward, hope can feel distant — but it is never out of reach.

Calli Ellsworth specializes in supporting children and teens navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and anxiety, as well as adults facing trauma, OCD, depression, and crisis. With over 10 years of experience working as a behavior technician and in crisis triage settings, she brings both clinical depth and practical understanding to every session.

Her approach blends CBT, DBT, and Applied Behavior Analysis to help clients build emotional regulation skills, resilience, and a growth mindset. Parents appreciate her ability to connect quickly with children, creating the strong foundation needed for meaningful progress.

Clients often describe Calli’s style as hopeful, calm, positive, and engaging — because she believes that without hope, we have nothing.
If you’re ready to move from survival mode to empowerment, support is here.

She walks alongside adults at every stage of life, offering professional guidance rooted in empathy, resilience, and hope.

If you’re new to therapy, feeling uncertain is completely normal. Iryna prioritizes creating a warm, comfortable space from the very first session — one built on trust, openness, and collaboration.
