Carly brings a warm, strengths-based, and person-centered approach, supporting individuals in recognizing their resilience and capacity for growth. With experience working with adults in crisis residential settings and adolescents in foster care and school environments, she is passionate about meeting clients where they are and helping them create meaningful change.

Carly is available Fridays and Saturdays from 10 AM–6 PM in our Mesa office and virtually.

Wild Ember is excited to announce expanded partnership with our community therapy partner, Marley Mental Health, bringing youth therapy services to our Mesa location. Marley Mental Health and Wild Ember have collaborated together at our Phoenix location and are excited to expand to our Mesa location for additional services.

We’re pleased to welcome Carly, who will be providing in-person therapy for youth clients at our Mesa office on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, beginning Friday, February 6th. Carly is in network with BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and Tricare.

We’re excited to announce that Ashleigh and Marc are opening Ember Light Healing, the sister clinic to Wild Ember Psychiatry & Therapy, on January 2, 2026.

As 2026—the Year of the Horse— begins, Ember Light Healing will offer equine-assisted psychotherapy and functional psychiatry. Ashleigh is certified in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Icarus Model® as well as functional psychiatry and will be sharing her time between both clinics.
