You know that moment when while working on a project for school, work, or even home and your eyes are tired, your neck, shoulders, face, and jaw are all screaming at you for a much needed break but you just want to finish...???

That moment. It is a special moment.

Sometimes we need to push through and finish something.

Other times we need to know when to take pause, rest, restore, and come back to it when we have recovered.

It is important to know when to push, and when to rest.

When you are ready to take your life, your game, your goals ... to the next level, you learn more and more when to push, and when to rest; otherwise, you might not make it to the next part of the journey or level you are reaching and striving for.

Sometimes rest is simple, short, and sweet.

Other times, it is a period of transformation and transition.

The same is true for pushing through.

Where are you at in your journey, project, life, etc.?

Just remember, it is always good to practice self-care throughout the push and the rest. Let me know when you wanna schedule that massage to keep you moving forward.

How many of you need a massage after working hard to get all your tax information organized, put together, and finally filed as best and accurately as possible?
