Thank you for your interest in Vivify Wellness and congratulations on taking the first step to pursue a path to wellness! My name is Laura Fontaine and I am the owner of Vivify Wellness. My team of caring and empathic therapists and I look forward to helping you along your healing journey. We are all trained in various forms of trauma therapy such as EMDR and Brainspotting and have additional training to work with dissociation to help clients process through distressing past events that continue to affect their lives today. We work with adolescents (ages 10+) and adults to help them achieve an improved quality of life and increase their sense of inner strength and well-being. We often find that our clients tend to face challenges such as past abuse/trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harming behaviors, problems with drugs or alcohol, and trouble in the relationships they have with loved ones. In therapy, we work through the deeper, core issues to help resolve the challenges in their current life to alleviate present-day symptoms, behaviors, patterns, or challenges.
