Vitamin C can be measured two different ways… and this is where people get confused 👀🍊

INGESTED (IU or mg):
This tells you how much vitamin C you’re putting into your body

So,Think: 🧠Nutrition label energy
More isn’t always better… your body only uses what it needs

TOPICAL (%):
This tells you how strong the vitamin C is on your skin

So, Think 🧠: Strength level of a serum
Higher % = stronger effects (but also higher chance of irritation)

IU/mg = how much your body takes in
% = how strong it hits your skin

The truth?

A few of you have asked me about massage techniques that you can do simply in the morning prior to applying your make up… I found a few of these and I thought I would share this week!

I will say this first one, I added a little more pressure than what you can see in the video, but after I finished, my skin felt very revitalized!! I also used a light massage oil. But I think a nice lightweight cream or your serum would also work.

“Shady” is a bold word that was recently used about me in public… So I am going to address this publicly!!

Ive built my work, my reputation, and my client trust on transparency, education, and results.

Not shortcuts. Not gossip. Not tearing others down to stand taller. Not name-calling or being a playground, bully!

If setting up boundaries , asking questions, thinking critically, or choosing not to follow a certain crowd makes me “shady,” then we may have very different definitions of integrity.

If spreading joy gives you fodder for what you think you have “in the closet“ about me, then calling me names makes me happy that you are leaving someone else alone.

In this industry, it’s easy to echo what’s popular. It’s easy to be in cliques when time would be best spent in collaboration rather than competition. It’s not a popularity contest!!

I’ll continue to do exactly what I do every day that helps others rather than tear them down!! I know the people that I align myself with don’t pass the eyeball as they are stirring the pot!!

But lemme wish you the same level of clarity and confidence in your own work.
