Day 4/5: Release + reset 🤍

After building strength, your body also needs space to soften.

These gentle stretches help release tension in the hips and lower back while calming your nervous system.

No forcing. No pushing.

Just breathing, releasing, and letting your body unwind.

Day 2/5: Core control 🤍

I kept this one simple—heel slides + knee to chest with breath, pelvic floor, and core connection.

Exhale as you move → gentle core + pelvic floor engagement
Inhale → return and fully release

It’s a lot harder than it looks… but this is where real strength starts.

Go slow, stay controlled, and don’t rush the process.
