Nine people walked into Casa Otro carrying stress in their bodies.
Racing thoughts. Tight shoulders. Shallow breathing. Nervous systems stuck in “go mode.”
Ninety minutes later, every single participant left more regulated than when they arrived.
Mental scatteredness dropped.
Physical tension dissolved.
Connection to breath increased.
Because conscious breathing (Pranayama) changes the nervous system. This is especially powerful when done in a group setting.
