This Saturday (March 7) we explore the Air element downtown desert yoga in
Air shows up as breath, the pace of your thoughts, and movement.
A pattern I see often:
When breath is restricted, thinking narrows.
Tight chest. Racing or looping thoughts. No patience.
That restless, overthinking feeling?
It’s often excess Air.
Not a mindset issue.
A body signal asking for space and rhythm.
In Steady Within, we’ll work with breath and movement to restore the flow of prana through the body.
