Dr. Elaine Orabona Foster Dr. Elaine Orabona Foster is a clinical and prescribing psychologist practicing in southern NM. I am a retired Air Force prescribing psychologist.

My practice offers psychological evaluations for Binge Eating, Spinal Column Stimulators, Fitness for Duty, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and Bipolar disorders. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
