Ultimate serves the entire Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding communities, with staff and patients spread across 12 counties. Our organization is a licensed and certified health care provider, maintaining licenses and certifications with Medicare, Medicaid, Health and Human Services, CHAP, and JCAHO.

At Ultimate Home Health Care we strive to deliver compassionate and high-quality care to both our patients and their families with professionalism, integrity, and excellence. Our organization was founded on the belief that with a personalized and empathetic approach to care, we can enhance the lives of our patients as well as those who love them.
