We’ve been asked this question a few times so just to clarify yes we are closed for Labor Day Monday, September 1. We will resume normal business hours Tuesday, September 2.

📍📍Good afternoon. We hope everyone is having a safe weekend and is in good health. Unfortunately, due to Covid and more than two staff members testing positive for Covid, we will be shutting down the clinic from Monday, August 18th, to Wednesday, August 20th ,for deep cleaning and to allow our staff to recover. Priscilla will be contacting all patients to schedule video visits with Dr. Nachawati instead of in-person visits. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to patients who require in-person medical attention; however, the safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Normal business hours will resume on Thursday morning. If you require in person visits, please let Priscilla know and she will place you on the schedule for Thursday .Thank you, and we wish you continued good health. 📍📍

📍📍📍📍📍📍📍📍ATTENTION ALL PATIENTS : We will no longer be accepting any form of Medicaid plans,WellCare ,and any form of Molina plans effective immediately.  This includes our established patients as well. We will send 30 days supply of medication for all patients who will have to switch providers .
We do apologize for any inconvenience this will cause . Please feel free to call the clinic if you have any further questions .

Just a reminder :‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
I’m sure mostly everyone knows by now however, just a reminder the clinic will be closed until Monday June 16th. Dr. Nachawati is out of town. There shouldn’t be any issues with scheduling as we did not schedule for those dates as this was a planned closing.📍📆

🗂️There will be some staff coming in for administrative purposes so that we can catch up some of these referrals that have gotten behind on with two of our staff members being out temporarily .🗂️

⛔️Please do not bang or knock on the doors -they WILL NOT be opened .⛔️

*** All messages left while closed will be returned on Monday once we are operating within our normal business hours~ Our primary focus is going to be referrals while closed***☎️

Attention all patients:
Unfortunately, Dr Nachawati has fell ill today . We are currently in the process of calling everyone on the schedule to give out options . Please keep an eye on your phones so that we can move forward with this day. The office will remain open for blood work and other needs that we can try to accommodate .

PSA:Due to several incidents that have occurred in the last few months of violent and hostile behavior. We now have a zero tolerance policy in place. Any kind of hostile, violent, and or perceived abusive behavior will result in immediate discharge from the clinic.  It is unfortunate to have to place such a strict policy however we cannot continue to allow such behavior towards staff. Safety is priority .

Good evening :
Just an announcement that the clinic is shut down until Thursday as influenza has made its presence once again .
Our scheduler will be contacting those on the schedule, Monday and Tuesday to give you options.  We asked that you be patient with us as we navigate through these next few days.  In case of a medical emergency please dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.As of right now , we will resume normal business hours on Thursday.

Good Morning : as some of you know influenza is on the rise. We have several staff members out today including our Practice Manager. Please patient with us today as we will be short staffed and limited as we still have a full schedule . We ask for patients to please wear masks to appointments to help prevent from spreading to our compromised patients .
