Alicia helps women by focusing on supporting the metabolism, reducing inflammation, and helping the body function the way it's meant to, by guiding them through a simple process to reset, renew, and refine their health from the inside out, aiding in weight loss and fatigue management, so you can feel good in your body again.

Being deeply passionate about nervous system regulation, and knowing that true health isn't just physical, Alicia is currently training in Somatic Healing.

She also bakes delicious, nutritious desserts, and will be offering healthy chocolate chip cookies at the event.
