Kaylee presented to us with severe ankle instability as well as a painful OCD lesion of her talus. Her best treatment option was surgery, in which the OCD was repaired and ankle was stabilized with a Modified Brostrom procedure with internal brace. Shortly after her procedure, she began in-house physical therapy where she can be seen walking pain-free at 3.5 weeks and aggressive resistance training at 5 weeks. She is now back to all activities with no pain or restrictions!
