Spending snow days making up substitutions for meals. Cut 120 calories off shake while still having 40 grams of protein and only 3 grams of fat. I did not use full serving for yogurt just enough to add flavor and thickness. Then cauliflower instead of rice for faux fried rice. Replaced eggs with egg whites keeping fat only from spray that kept it from sticking to pan. So being stuck inside became productive
