Contact your Senators and Representatives and urge them to end the SICK TAX.

The state legislature is in a special session to consider a comprehensive tax reform package that exempts prescription drugs from ALL Louisiana Sales Tax. Now, to avoid major local budget deficits, the legislature may remove that exemption and continue taxing prescription drugs locally.

It is very important that all Louisianans call their local legislators and encourage them to support the prescription drug sales tax exemption included in HB7.
