My 6-week Less Stress & Better Sleep iRest® Meditation Series begins tomorrow (Monday, Jan 5), and New Year Registration Credit closes tonight.

This isn’t about resolutions or self-improvement.

It’s about easing out of fight-or-flight so rest, sleep, and clarity can happen more naturally.

If you’re a therapist, healthcare provider, or someone who tends to be the steady one for others, this series was created with you in mind.

Before the year asks more of you.

If stress, restless nights, or ongoing nervous system fatigue have been quietly present, this is a clear invitation to begin the year with steadier support.

The Less Stress & Better Sleep iRest® Meditation Series begins Monday. This 6-week, evidence-informed practice is designed to help the nervous system shift out of fight-or-flight and into conditions where rest and sleep can occur more naturally.

This is not about resolutions or becoming a “better version” of yourself.

It’s about practicing rest, consistently, with guidance.

Participants often notice quieter nights, fewer anxiety spirals, and a calmer baseline during the day. Not perfection. Just more space to breathe.

When you’re face-to-face with disturbing or traumatic experiences on the job, you can’t fall apart. You just Keep Going. You draw hard lines inside yourself so you can do what has to be done.

But we all have those patients who stay with us… whose stories come back, uninvited, when we’re trying to sleep or be present with the people we love.

As a licensed mental health clinician who specializes in working with emergency and medical professionals dealing with intrusive or harassing trauma memories I've seen how often providers like you are expected to carry on alone.

I’m working on a series of articles — maybe even a book — about what it’s really like to be a healthcare provider continuing to serve despite the emotional cost of this work.

Burnout in healthcare isn’t just a buzzword—it’s something real people are living every day.

In my therapy practice, I work with healthcare professionals who seem like they have it all together on the outside, but are quietly carrying the weight of stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion underneath.

I’m starting a project to better understand the personal stories about mental health in medicine that often get lost in the broad conversations about “burnout.”

I’m currently looking to speak with Prescribers (MDs, NPs...) who work in clinical settings and have either sought out or seriously considered mental health support.

🗣️ These one-on-one conversations are confidential, held via phone or virtual meeting, and take 20–60 minutes. Many who’ve participated in the past said it was unexpectedly meaningful—and even healing.
