In case you missed the exciting news, LCMC Health announced a significant $14 million investment in Lakeside Hospital, a transformative step that will elevate Women and Newborn Care services on the East Bank of Jefferson Parish. As we move forward with this improvement, we will be sharing consistent construction updates to keep you in the loop.

Starting tomorrow, we will begin work on the main lot in front of the hospital. The main lot will be closed Monday-Wednesday for parking, but the main entrance is still accessible. Pick up and drop off on those days will shift to the Emergency Room entrance. The main lot will be reopened on Thursday. On Thursday, patients and visitors will be directed to park in either the garage or lot 1B if going to 4720 S I-10 Service Rd and follow the signage to exit garage and access the building.

We will continue to update you as construction progresses. Thank you for your cooperation and support as we improve our hospital for our next generation of care.
