✨ The heart rate range of 120-160 (even sometimes up to 180 bpm) is considered normal for both genders. You can NOT tell the gender based on the heart rate.

For first-trimester scans, arriving with a full bladder is especially important—it helps create clearer, more beautiful images of your baby.

The goal is to stay well hydrated to support optimal amniotic fluid, giving you the best viewing experience possible.
