Office Closure Notice: In observance of the New Year, Reliable Community Alternatives (RCA) administrative offices will be CLOSED on Wednesday, January 1, 2026. Direct Care Services will continue as scheduled.

For urgent service-related concerns during the closure, please call our 24-hour on-call number: 1-833-350-2732 (per LDH requirements and RCA’s 24-Hour Contact Policy).

Normal administrative operations will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2026.
