34+ years in the medical field, and I still remember the moment I felt completely lost in the system I'd dedicated my career to.

Hormonal chaos, weight frustration, and then add in a cancer diagnosis, to say I was overwhelmed with all of my personal health struggles is an understatement. Truth is, I felt constantly dismissed by doctors who should've had answers yet here I was a medical professional and I still couldn't even get help for myself.
