1️⃣ Our centers follow evidence-based protocols that help us determine the conditions/indications for which hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO2) is deemed safe and effective.
2️⃣ All hyperbaric staff undergoes thorough education and training, including competency checklists, proctored treatments, mentorship and hands-on training with the Safety Coordinator and regional and corporate hyperbaric training staff. For providers, this includes a nationally accredited 40-hour training course.
3️⃣ Our centers are given clear guidelines, including policy, procedure and safety manuals, order sets and protocols.
4️⃣ The hyperbaric chambers within our centers are routinely inspected and maintained thorough a series of reviews, including emergency preparedness training, safety checklists and equipment inspections, by certified professionals.
5️⃣ Real-time problem solving is always available through corporate and onsite safety coordinators, in-house safety training programs and a hyperbaric help desk.
