While at Parker, he also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness. Dr. LeBourgeois practiced in Sugar Land, TX over four years before deciding to return home and serve the community he loves. Dr. LeBourgeois is well-trained in various adjusting techniques which include Diversified, Thompson, Extremity Adjusting, Pediatric Adjusting, and Pregnancy Care; he also utilizes Myofascial Release, Functional Taping, and nutrition in his treatment protocols. In addition to chiropractic, he has many years of experience in the physical therapy field with a specialty in post-operative rehab and neuromuscular re-education.

• Headaches
• Sciatica

Neck pain. Low back pain. Tight shoulders or aching hips.

These are some of the most common areas we treat at Gulf Coast Sport & Spine, and they’re often caused by more than just one bad movement.

✔️ Prolonged sitting
✔️ Repetitive motions
✔️ Postural changes
✔️ Sports trauma
✔️ Stress or poor sleep positions

Our goal is to identify the root cause, not just chase symptoms, so your body can move, perform, and recover better.

We see it every January: big exercise goals, fast starts… and sore, frustrated bodies a few weeks later.

Here’s a better approach to movement in the new year:
✔️ Start slow
✔️ Focus on consistency, not intensity
✔️ Choose movements your body actually enjoys
✔️ Prioritize mobility, stability, and recovery

You don’t need a complete overhaul to feel better. A daily walk, light strength work, stretching, or core-focused exercises can make a real difference when done consistently.

If you’re unsure where to start—or want to make sure your exercise routine supports your spine and joints—we’re here to help. Let’s make this a year of feeling better, not burning out.

Give us a call at (504) 372-4062 or visit gcsportandspine.com to make an appointment.

🧊 Causes of frozen shoulder, aka adhesive capsulitis, are not fully understood, and seem to have no connection with previous injury, arm dominance, or occupation. It causes inflammation of the capsule in the shoulder joint and therefore pain and stiffness in the shoulder.

Frozen shoulder can take up to 30 months to fully resolve if left untreated, however, treatment with the Niel-Asher Technique (NAT) will speed up recovery by about 10 times.
