Yes, I said PERIMENOPAUSE. 😫😫😫
I am 45. I refuse to allow this to define or defeat me. Another competition in my 40s... Mission Accomplished.
Was it easy?
No. Not at all.
Was it hard?
80% of the time, YES.
Did perimenopause symptoms interrupt my training?
Of course! But I pushed through it.
Will I do it again?
Most definitely!
