Neck restored.
The power of deep neck lift and deep plane facelift is impressive, and it allows for incrediblely natural looking results.

This result is from having a deep plane facelift, deep neck lift with gland preservation, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, temporal brow reset, and fat grafting.

Aside from the obvious improvement in the neck and jawline contours, I especially like the volume restoration in the midface and cheek region. This conveys a softer more youthful appearance. When coupled with the lower eyelid blepharoplasty and lateral brow reset, the result is natural appearing and refreshed. She looks 10 - 15 years younger, less tired, and not over done. It goes without saying that her confidence is certainly restored!

Venturing into Mardi Gras weekend with these beautiful results 💜💚💛

Conservative, natural, and well-balanced

Here’s what stands out to me when comparing before vs. after:
* Profile balance improved. The dorsal hump appears reduced and the bridge looks smoother and more proportional to the forehead and chin.
* Tip refinement is subtle but effective. The tip looks slightly more defined and rotated without looking “overdone” or pinched.
* Natural look preserved. Importantly, it still looks like the same person—nothing about it screams “surgery,” which is usually the gold standard.
* Smile view improved. In the smiling profile, the nose no longer dominates the face, and the overall expression looks lighter and more harmonious.
* Facial harmony overall. The nose now fits the cheeks, lips, and jawline better, especially in side view.

If I had to summarize it in one line: 👉 Conservative, natural, and well-balanced rather than trendy or aggressive.

I always strive to provide natural looking results that bring out inner beauty and self confidence. Beautiful results should not look over done or carved out. Contours should be soft and youthful appearing.

This is an excellent example of lower eyelid blepharoplasty, temporal brow repositioning, and deep plane facelift providing a natural looking rejuvenated result.

I love the way the lower lids look smooth and less tired, and you can really see how the mid-face volume has been restored without looking stretched or pulled. The support at the lateral brow allows for a relaxed appearance and reduces tension above the brow. And the jawline and neck are beautifully more defined.
