𝗤: Tendinitis got you sidelined? What is it, and what causes it?

𝗔: Tendinitis (also spelled tendonitis) is when those tough tendons connecting your muscles to bones get inflamed or irritated. This often happens from overuse, repetitive motions, or sudden strains in sports, work, or hobbies.

𝗤: How do I know if I have tendinitis, and how can I kick the pain?

𝗔: Watch out for pain and tenderness around a joint, especially with movement.
