Shoulder pain is one of those really frustrating conditions because we use our arms for virtually everything. This means that someone with shoulder pain is constantly reminded of their problems and of their pain when they go to do even simple tasks that are often taken for granted such as lifting heavy items, picking up a bag of groceries, trying to open an overhead cabinet, fastening bras, or tucking in shirts. ✅ Try a doorway pec stretch! Stand in a doorway with both forearms flush to the door frame. Elbows should be no higher than shoulders. Step one foot forward (doesn’t matter which) and GENTLY lean through your chest.

✅ Neck rolls are also a great exercise to practice every day! This stretch is pretty straight forward: Roll your neck slowly clockwise and counterclockwise for a full minute to stretch out the muscles in your neck.
