Dr. Nicole Rogers is a board-certified dermatologist and hair transplant surgeon. She and her team of highly trained technicians have successfully treated hundreds of patients with hair loss using the most cutting-edge techniques. She graduated with honors from Harvard University and moved to New Orleans to attend Tulane Medical School. As dermatology resident at Tulane she was a chief resident an

Hair breakage (trichorrhexis nodosa) can occur when patients highlight their hair and also frequently flat iron or curl their hair. This is one of our patients whose breakage was manifesting as hair loss. Be careful- you can do one or the other but not both and not too often!!

This 44-year-old female reported ongoing thinning of her eyebrows for the last 15 years.
She had plucked them, and they never grew back. She got them microbladed, but then got tired of keeping up with that as well. She preferred a soft, feminine shape rather than thicker, bushier eyebrows.
