Our 4Pillars Approach™ addresses nutrition, fitness, hormonal and metabolic optimization, combined with various mind-body processes such as directed imagery, coherence and resiliencey training, bio-feedback, Reiki energy therapy, yoga, and tailored mind-body life and health coaching, etc. *** Although our overall goal is to reduce dependency on pharmaceuticals, we prescribe as appropriate. *Please be advised we are NOT a pain management clinic.
