🌸 Today is Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) Awareness Day 🌸

HG is not “just morning sickness.”

It’s a serious pregnancy complication that can mean relentless nausea, constant vomiting, dehydration, and dangerous weight loss.

Up to 2% of pregnancies are affected—and for those living with HG, every day can be a fight. The physical toll is overwhelming, and the emotional impact reaches partners, families, and loved ones, too.

Today, we honor the strength of those who endure HG and recommit to awareness, compassion, and better care for everyone affected. 💜

Let’s break the silence.
