👋 Meet Adam Kenny
Managing Partner — Regional Relationship Manager

After 10 years with PFP, Adam has seen a lot change—but one thing that hasn’t is what matters most to him: people. From his early days in the funeral industry starting in 2008 to now, supporting funeral homes across the region, Adam’s career has always been rooted in relationships.

While home (Peosta, Iowa), Adam’s off-the-clock life is all about balance. A great day includes 18 holes of golf, time at the pool with his kids (Magnolia and Nico), and ending the night with BBQ and a great Italian red with his wife, Dani. 🍷⛳️. When he’s not working, you’ll probably spot him cruising the neighborhood in the golf cart.

Adam describes PFP as one big (and slightly strange 😉) family—and that culture is a big reason he’s proud to call this team home. His people-first mindset, industry experience, and leadership continue to make a meaningful impact for the funeral homes and families we serve.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Garrison Lynch ✨

This month, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Garrison, who is coming up on two years with PFP this August! With 12 years of experience in the funeral industry, Garrison brings a deep understanding of what truly matters—supporting funeral homes as they help families through life’s most difficult moments.

Living in Des Moines, Iowa, Garrison spends his free time doing what he enjoys most: spending time with friends and family (preferably with no plans on the calendar 😉). He’s also a big fan of classic TV like Seinfeld, Frasier, and Cheers, loves a good plate of lasagna, and has an eclectic taste in music—plus a pretty impressive past as a former band frontman 🎤🎸.

One of Garrison’s favorite parts of working at PFP is knowing that the work we do helps make the hardest day in someone’s life just a little bit easier—a mission that drives everything he does. He’s also quick to credit the home-office team for making his job possible and says he’d be lost without their support.

Outside of work, Garrison is a proud pet parent to Sledge, a 17-year-old ginger cat, and Marlo, an 8-year-old rescue pup 🐾. And is a soon-to-be girl-Dad! He and his wife, Sydney, are expecting their first child in March.

If Garrison weren’t in this industry? You might find him working as a park ranger, caring for Iowa’s beautiful state parks.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet our Director of Marketing & Communications, Jami! 🌟

Based in Des Moines, Iowa, Jami has been part of the PFP family for just over a year, bringing more than 13 years of marketing experience to her role. After working at both a small marketing agency and a large magazine publishing company, she now leads PFP’s marketing and communications efforts with creativity, heart, and purpose. 💙

Outside of work, Jami loves reading, watching documentaries, and binge-watching the latest must-see series (thanks to her daughters, Stranger Things is a favorite in her house!). She’s a big fan of romance novels, the Handsome podcast, and comfort foods like pasta and nachos. A perfect day for Jami includes sleeping in, cruising back roads on a warm day with the windows down, and singing at the top of her lungs with her girls. 🎶

What Jami loves most about her work is helping educate families on the importance of pre-planning—something that’s deeply personal to her. She believes planning ahead is one of the greatest gifts you can give your loved ones, and she’s passionate about sharing that message alongside an incredible team she’s proud to be part of.

Last week, Julie and David represented the PFP team by attending the ICCFA DEAD Talks 2026 conference at the Park MGM in Las Vegas. Together, they joined deathcare sales professionals from around the country to sharpen their skills, share ideas, and explore what’s next for funeral, cemetery, and cremation services.

With the theme “Ready. Set. Grow.” this conference was all about practical strategies, meaningful connections, and future-focused growth—and they brought that energy right back with them! 💼🚀

Rebecca has been part of the PFP family for just over a year, bringing with her an impressive 20 years of experience in the funeral profession. After years as a funeral director and embalmer, she now supports family-owned funeral homes across the country—helping them grow, strengthen aftercare, and connect more deeply with the families they serve.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Rebecca is known for being heartfelt, funny, and incredibly hardworking. In her free time, you’ll often find her reading, hiking, biking, or playing kickball and baseball with her husband—but she’ll be the first to admit she’s terrible at both; she always has fun doing it! She’s also a big fan of thrillers, true crime, and horror movies, and believes eggs belong in just about every meal. 🍳

Rebecca loves that her work at PFP allows her to reconnect with the heart of funeral service—supporting independent funeral homes and the meaningful work they do every day. We’re so grateful for her passion, authenticity, and the care she brings to the PFP team. 💙

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet one of our Regional Relationship Managers, Pam! 🌟

Based in Belgium, WI, Pam has been part of the PFP family for 9 years, bringing 16 years of funeral industry experience and a warm, compassionate approach to the work she does. She says one of her favorite parts of being on the team is the way everyone at PFP shares their knowledge and supports one another. 💙

Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and granddaughter. She also loves golfing, traveling, motorcycle rides, and visiting new places—she even hopes to see every state in the U.S. someday. 🤗 A perfect day for Pam means being with her family.

Her go-to comfort meal? Pizza—especially from Tomaso's in Cedarburg, a favorite she's been enjoying since she was 15. She's a Nicholas Sparks fan, a Hallmark movie watcher, and loves a good rom-com. And here's a fun fact: Pam is a serious card player…and she never lets anyone win. If you beat her, you earned it! ♠️
