Welcome to Cedar View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 98-bed skilled nursing facility serving the community’s subacute rehabilitative and long term care needs with distinction. Located in the heart of residential Methuen near Holy Family Hospital, Cedar View is a warm and welcoming setting where every patient is made to feel at home. Radiating a strong sense of concern and compassion, our staff treats every patient as a dear relative. It is our clinical expertise combined with our genuine family approach and strong sense of community that set us apart. Our superb inpatient rehab program is recognized for successfully reducing hospital readmissions and restoring physical function to individuals recovering from surgery or illness. To better serve our patients, we are a participant in the Steward ACO 3-Day Waiver Program – eliminating the need for a 3-day inpatient hospitalization prior to admission.
