All our sessions are conducted on an individual basis. We record these sessions on audio and

give them to you to listen to for reinforcement. Reinforcement in this manner is very important to your success. We suggest listening to your individual message for 21 consecutive days or nights, but preferably as you fall asleep. We have found that when a person follows a specific routine for 21 consecutive days it will usually become a permanent habit. The change occurs 'within' 21 days which means it can happen on day one!

It is great to help people to Stop Smoking………

‘My Wife and I went to see Tommy Vee at Valley Hypnosis to quit smoking once and for all. (35 -40 year smokers) Tommy explained everything about hypnosis to us and made us feel very comfortable, relaxed, and excited to get started. Well its now been almost 2 months since our session and neither of us have smoked! We dont even think about smoking anymore. Yah you might be reminded by something and have a brief thought about smoking but its gone quickly. The excitment of being a non-smoker takes control, I dont want to ever go back to that! Now its even gross to us when we smell someone smoking. I never thought I wouldnt be able to have a few drinks again without smoking but we have done it, total success. Thanks Tommy Vee!!! You have changed our lives .... maybe even saved them.

'Hi Tommy, Happy New Year to you as well. Sorry for the delay in responding. I just wanted to let you know that I just left a Google review for you and Valley Hypnosis. I'm sure you're curious on how Rebecca and I are doing so I'm here to tell you. We have not smoked at all since our very first session with you. We are officially non-smokers for the first time in almost 40 years! We feel better than ever and now have a sense we will have longer lives... God willing! We listened to our recordings every night for 21 day as you suggested and still listen once a week just as a booster!
