I have been in practice for 37 years in Methuen, Ma.and l love what I do! I optimize health from the inside out naturally and drug-free.

Like many Doctors of Chirorpractic, I became interested in chiropractic because it made a significant impact on the health of a family member. In this case, it was my mom. When I was in high school, my mom was in a serious car accident. She developed low back pain and eventually sciatica ( pain down her leg). She went the traditional medical route and was basically just given pain meds and told to rest. After 4 long years of pain and suffering she finally went to a chiropractor as a last resort. Her results were so dramatic I was inspired to become a chiropractor. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1986 and have been in private practice in Methuen, Ma for 30 years. I am an active member of the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society and currently the president of the Merrimack Valey Chiropractic Society. I am provider for almost all insurance companies. I recently became a provider for Minuteman Health. accept auto insurance as well as worker’s compensation. I have excellent cash plans making your care affordable even without insurance.

After going to the see the “ Moonwalkers “ 360 experience narrated by Tom Hanks in Boston on Sunday it has heightened my fascination with that first landing on the moon in July 1969. My brother Doug was being born and we all thought how cool to be born when the first landing on the moon is taking place !
This exhibit was so well done. If you get a chance to see it, I highly recommend it !

Oh when my oldest daughter shared this with us, it hit me on so many levels.
One of the biggest short cuts to growth and one of biggest lessons in my life has been asking for help.
No longer am I trying to solve or fix all the things that come my way. I have a healthy list of people I know who are experts in their field and I can ask them for their help. It can feel so scary when you don’t know the answers. It’s ok. You don’t need to know all the answers. You just need to find the right people who have the answers to that particular problem.
I am not embarrassed to say “I don’t know, I made a mistake, I am sorry, I effed up.”
It has freed me up in a way that the unknown can still be scary but not enough to stop me like it had in the past.

You have all become like family to me. I share the good, the bad, the sad with you all. Last night my oldest daughter Katy and her husband Connor had to put down their dog Finn 😢. Finn, Mista Finn, Finnabun, just a few of his many nicknames, was a rescue puppy from Tennessee. He was Katy’s first dog as an adult. He was her little buddy- there for her first teaching and coaching job after college and all of life’s ups and downs. Connor embraced Finn and between the two of them they gave Finn a beautiful life. Finn was a love, mischievous, naughty at times, had many health issues and required a lot of training. Throughout it all he brought so much joy and comfort to all, especially when someone was going through a tough time. He had melanoma, his body was failing, he lost his appetite which for Finn was not normal. They say pets know. And they do. Whether it is someone that needs extra loving or it is their time to go. Finn was 13, incredible for a big dog, and he knew it was his time. He was telling them it was his time. Katy and Connor made his last day epic, even bringing him for a dip in Lake Winni. Last night he was peacefully put down. He can now run with all the great previous dogs in our lives, sneak steaks off counters, eat goose p**p and even annoy my Mom who he always went to even though she said she wasn’t that in to dogs she really was. R.I.P Mista. You touched all of our hearts 💔♥️😢.
