Dear Friends,

I will be teaching a free Intro to Alexander Technique class this Saturday, May 20th from 3-4:30pm.
It will take place at the Sapientia Center, 115 W. 27th St, 6th Floor.

It will be a small group class, limited to no more than 6 participants, so there will be ample opportunity for hands-on guidance as well as time for any questions that arise or that you've been wondering about for awhile.
