New BASE programming starts Tuesday, March 31st.
BASE THEME: Structural Integrity & Controlled Strength
This month is all about building the foundation that supports your strength. Our 3-day, 60 minute sessions focus on:
* Joint positioning and end-range strength under control
* Core bracing, breathing, and pressure management
* Mobility, stability, and tendon resilience for knees, hips, shoulders, and spine
* Unilateral training and isometric holds to improve balance and coordination
Through RFESS, landmine work, glute bridges, anti-rotation exercises, and mobility integration, you’ll improve how your body stabilizes, controls, and transfers force—turning strength into something that actually lasts.
Why BASE matters: Strength is only as good as your ability to control it. BASE ensures your joints can handle load, your movement stays efficient, and your body stays durable as intensity increases.
This is strength training—just applied with more precision, less joint stress, and long-term intent. It should challenge your muscles and positions without draining your CNS.
