This is an excerpt from an Innocence Project advertisement - how ridiculous is a law that does not allow a person to prove their innocence using the most advanced technology available. This man, and his family, could have proven long ago using a private DNA testing company, if the State would not pay for it, and then bring the to court to clear his name.

Transition Conference:
"Discover the Road Ahead"
Saturday, 4/16/16 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Pemberton High School, Pemberton, NJ

Transition planning is a critical component of a youth/young adults educational program. This event will feature presentations and workshops to help you better understand what families can do to prepare for life after high school. This is a full day event with speakers, information tables and networking opportunities.

The conference will begin at 8:30 am for registration and breakfast. Speakers will begin at 9:00 am. The day will conclude at 3:00 pm. Lunch will be provided.

Sounds like a great even for families in the Pemberton HS area - many children (young adults) need their Birth Documents revised/updated with the correct Father's Name - whether for their FAFSA documents or just for future knowledge. About the Visa Bulletin
DOS publishes current immigrant visa availability information in a monthly Visa Bulletin. The Visa Bulletin indicates when statutorily limited visas are available to prospective immigrants based on their individual priority date.
• The priority date is generally the date when the applicant’s relative or employer properly filed the immigrant visa petition on the applicant’s behalf with USCIS. If a labor certification is required to be filed with the applicant’s immigrant visa petition, then the priority date is when the labor certification application was accepted for processing by Department of Labor.
• Availability of an immigrant visa means eligible applicants are able to take one of the final steps in the process of becoming U.S. permanent residents.

(The average IQ for the general population is 100; an IQ of 120 is at about the 91st percentile.) The final view is that the president can actually be too smart—because, for example, he or she may be unable to communicate on a level that less-intelligent colleagues and constituents can understand.

And that is why I don't play nice - I have little tolerance for stupid! All that team player crap in the 1990s - was just the dumbing down of the general population.

If you have a pup that needs to be adopted but can't identify the breed, call The DNA Lady - we offer on site DNA collections of dogs - within a month we will provide a fantastic story of the particular dogs parent, grand parents and even grand parent mixture. Adoptive families can be given a Certificate outlining details about the dog's breed, characteristics, health issues and possible personality types.

Roscoe is an older female beagle that's available for adoption from the Effingham County animal shelter. She has hip dysplasia and walks with a limp.
