We are seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist and LCSW's with a background in Geriatrics. Elderology clinicians provide mental healthcare services for geriatric patients on a regular, weekly schedule.

The ideal candidate would:

· Be comfortable working independently yet side by side with staff in assisted living and long term care geriatric facilities.

· Have a valid and current license.

· Be proficient in making psychosocial assessments.

· Preferably have experience with an Electronic Healthcare Program.

· Be able to be credentialed with Medicare (this is a requirement).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Evaluating new, existing, and prospective geriatric patients based on their needs, desires and limitations.

· Maintain a consistent schedule of clinical service, communicate with residents, the facility staff, and with the Elderology office team.

· You will be called upon to maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and Company clinical guidelines.

· Building a rapport with patients and their families and relaying any concerns to facility staff.
