🎉 Employee Spotlight 🎉

Please join us in recognizing Raela Allen, our Business Office Manager! Raela has been with us since August 2025 and previously served as an ABOM at one of our sister facilities for a year, bringing valuable experience and dedication to our team.

Within her first two months, Raela achieved the lowest DSO our facility has ever had and the lowest in the East Division — an incredible accomplishment! 👏

The ABOC awards a special “GOAT” 🐐 when 100% collections are achieved, and Raela continues to set the bar high with her results.
