Your Neighborhood Food Critic I have notice in recent years the lack of customer service. It's time for restaurants to understand the importance of customer satisfaction.

Recently, I have notice several well-known establishment are not living up to the standards. That is the cleanliness of the restaurant, customer service, and quality of food. As a patron this is very disheartening considering the fact that we all work hard for our money and DESERVE the best service possible.
